On Sunday, June 22nd, Judith A. Van Kennen was installed as Pastor of Emmanuel Congregational United Church of Christ during regular morning worship.  The sermon was delivered by the Rev. Marian Shearer, Regional Conference Minister.  Representatives from the local church and the Black River-St. Lawrence Association participated in the service.
